I wasn’t super impressed with the quality. The fabric sorta felt cheap to me, and overall it just didn’t feel as nice as I expected.

I ordered a shade from royalshadeusa.com, and the color looked different in person than it did on the site. It was supposed to be a warm beige, but it came out more like a greyish brown. The quality seems okay overall, but I picked it mostly because I was trying to match my patio, so that was kinda frustrating. I just wish the photos or samples had been a bit more accurate.

I don’t know, the site looked okay when I first opened it, but it felt kind of plain to me. Maybe it’s just the style they’re going for, but some parts seemed a bit dated and the colors didn’t really pop.

I was also expecting the product photos or layout to feel a little cleaner, though I’m not sure what the full setup is supposed to be. It wasn’t hard to use or anything, just not especially enjoyable to browse.

Overall, it works, but the look didn’t really make me feel super confident. With better spacing and a fresher design, I think it would come across a lot better.

It looks decent once it’s up, but I thought it would give more coverage. From the way it was described, I assumed it would shade most of our patio, but the sun still hits about half of it. It’s not terrible, just not enough shade for what we needed

I emailed them twice and still haven’t gotten any kind of reply. it’s frustrating to be left waiting with NO response at all.

I bought a shade from Royal Shade USA it was kind of a letdown. It looked decent when I first set it up, but once the breeze picked up a little, the whole thing start shaking like crazy and the frame feel flimsy.

I ended up taking it down way sooner than I planned because I didn’t want it bending or tearing. For what it cost, I really thought it would handle normal wind better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Mine showed up in rough shape, the packaging was ripped open and the corners were badly crushed. I’m curious if anyone else had the same issue or if I just got unlucky with shipping.

I bought this thinking it would be something I could use for a while, but the fabric started wearing down much sooner than I expected. For the price, I expected better quality and less risk of it falling apart so quickly. Disappointing.

The order itself was fine, but the shipping was slower than I expected. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from recently, the tracking didn’t update much and it ended up arriving later than I needed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating

Well... I ordered a shade from Royal Shade and used their sizing guide to pick what I thought would be the right fit, but it still ended up being a bit off.

One side was too loose, and it didn’t sit as cleanly as I was expecting. I spent a while adjusting it, but even after messing with it, it still looks kind of uneven.

The quality itself seems okay, so it’s not a total loss, but for the price, I was disappointed with the fit. I think clearer sizing info would really help.

I’m tired of dealing with this same kind of issue. The hardware just feels cheap and flimsy, and after one windy afternoon the brackets were already bent. I was hoping this would hold up better, but unfortunately it’s the same disappointment again.

Putting this together took forever, and the instructions had me wondering what was going on?? Some steps just didn’t make sense, so I spent way too much time trying to figure it out.

I just needed a basic replacement part, but I couldn’t find it anywhere, and support didn’t really help much either. I’m sure other customers would run into the same issue, so it’d be nice if parts were easier to order or at least better supported.

My shade had a problem, so I tried to use the warranty, and wow, dealing with support was a pain. These clowns took forever to reply, and I had to send the same info more than once like nobody was actually keeping track. They did finally get back to me, but the whole thing felt way harder than a simple warranty claim should be.
